To be quite honest, that’s not really necessary.

Not only is it cheaper, but it’s more practical for us busy gals.

Ok, you can’t get into the fitness mood if you’re wearing sweatpants and slippers.

The most basic step towards a workout out at home is having a nice gym set to wear no matter what kind of exercise you’re doing.

You want to make sure your outfits are comfortable, especially if you’re doing squats and movement-heavy moves.

As a plus, you’ll want to look cute too so that you can feel like a total boss babe 😉.

2. Dumbbell Weights Set

Whoever said you have to go to the gym for weights obviously didn’t do their research.

Whether you want some light resistance or heavy lifting, there is always a gadget you can buy and apply right in your own home.

I’ve had this weights set for YEARS now and I always use it when I workout. I mean ALWAYS.

I can apply these weights to my arm exercises, glutes, abs, shoulders….literally everything.

They are compact and colorful so I can tuck them away in a corner and not ruin the look of a room.

3. Kettlebell Weights

Even though this may seem like the same thing as a dumbbell, it’s not.

Trust me.

If figured this out a few months ago, and this tool has changed my lower body workout game.

Depending on how heavy you want to go, a kettlebell is one of those home workout gears that you need in order to build glutes, quads, or do compound movements.

I decided to go a bit more intense with the kettlebell, so now I have a lot of different options: lighter dumbbells and a heavier kettlebell.

You might not think you need both, but the workouts you can do with each are very different.

4. Sweet Sweat Waist Trainer

Oh my gosh! This workout essential is insane!

I don’t know about you, but I hate feeling like I’m not getting anything out of my workout.

Even if my exercises are effective, I want to know that I’m burning the max amount of calories possible.

That’s where this waist trainer comes into play.

Now, is this product going to make you lose 10 pounds per workout? No. Nothing can.

But, this band will increase the heat in your stomach area. As a result, you will sweat literal bullets.

Trust me! It’s a rewarding feeling. As a plus, all that sweat will make you look and feel a tad bit leaner because of all that water weight you’re getting rid of.

These glute bands are so versatile. You can literally do so many different workouts with them and they won’t accumulate sweat like the rubber ones.

Let me repeat: DO NOT GET THE RUBBER ONES.

I used to use those, and I can’t tell you how many times they flapped back in my face because of how sweaty my legs were.
